Seeding

There are several different ways to overseed your turf. Depending on the varieties and the motive to overseed will better determine the appropriate type of overseeder to use. For general overseeding of existing turf to improve varieties of Rye, Blues and Fescues a slit seed application is suggested. Introducing Bent grass can be done with a speed seed or dimple seeder. Fresh or reconditioned topsoil its best to use a drop style seeder equipped with culitpackers to ensure seed to soil contact.
